Yeah. I had pancakes for breakfast and salad for lunch, which isn’t much different from what I usually eat. That’s why I was a bit unnerved, because it was really random and I don’t think it should have happened?

I’m pretty sure my blood sugar just bottomed out. I got really nauseous and shaky and my heart started doing this weird thing. It’s kind of troubling because this is pretty much unheard-of for me. The only other time this ever happened to me is when I hadn’t eaten for a couple of days.
I’m not sure if this was just a random thing or if I should actually be concerned.
